THIS SECOND EDITION BETS AGAIN ON GALICIAN QUALITY MUSIC. The Galician ministry offers the city councils the musical programing Go 4x4.

 The Galician Goverment starts the second edition of this cultural programming. Go 4x4 is a proposal of thematic programmes that the ministry offers to the councils.
Sixteen bands, clasifyed under four styles, enter for the programming: Jazz, Author’s song, Tradisóns (Traditional-Folk Music), Con-fusións (Actual Tendencies and Vanguard).
